POC: Troy Burgess 801-620-0729 What: WW will be conducting a cut and treat and on tamarisk and mowing phragmites on the Willard Spur as part of our mitigation program. When: April 1st, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm April 2nd, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm April 9th, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm April 15th, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm April 16th, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm April 23rd, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm April 29th, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm April 30th, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Where: Meet in the flying J parking lot by the Willard Bay North Maria. We'll need a couple airboats or mud boats to help haul out the tamarisk and shuttle supplies April 2nd Bring: Volunteers will need to: 1. Dress for the current weather conditions, including gloves (waders/muck boots needed) 2. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses Water and lunch will be provided.
