Long two days, but we got alot accomplished. We cleared 1/2 ache of willow, mowed and racked close to an ache of phragmites and removed more overburden then I believed possible. Cleared an island for future nesting. Dressed up the new Flash board riser with the cement chucks found around the area.
In the end Kingfisher is coming along nicely. We are now seeing goslins and ducklings.

Our Cache Valley chapter has worked hard and established a relationship with the Bear River Conservancy. This new relationship has granted us stewardship of the waterfowl nest boxes in the 500 acre area. The chapter installed eight new boxes, removed several old damaged ones and cleaned up a truck load of trash. Not bad for three hours of work. Special thanks tot he dedicated hunters that help on the project.
