After three years of working the phragmites in the parking lot. We got the permissions to fill in the old open ditch.
the next weekend we placed marker poles along the channel way for navigation safety.

Our crew of volunteer planted 920 bulrush plugs, mowed phragmites and pulled an old abandoned
duck blind.

This is our second year of this four year project to improve approximately 6.5 miles (27 acres) ​of wetland shoreline. 

We continued our work pushing back phragmites at Kingfisher wetlands.  We also signed a MOU with Utah DWR to phragmites control on the Willard Spur WMA. The crew sprayed 1.4 miles of shoreline along the channel from the boat ramp to the open water.

We planted millet food plots at Salt Creek WMA and a special Duck Kandy food plot at Kingfisher wetlands.

Seven job sites in four weekends.  Amazing work by the crew and all the volunteers.
